Have you thought about using popular media, live events, appropriate technology and a new myth like Swimm and Berry's "Universe Story" to attract young people? Ugo Bardi was sharing about Gaia on his blog The Seneca Effect. Charles Eisenstein seems to be on this path as well. I did some media work for Charles a long time ago.
